The Sounders FC Reserves remain undefeated after a 1-0 win against the LA Galaxy Reserves. The winning goal came from trialist Sammy Ochoa in the 81st minute of the match. This was the last Reserves home match for the Sounders until October.
It was a great weekend at Starfire filled with fun, fast-paced soccer as teams took to the fields for the Spring Classic 5 A-side. We hope everyone enjoyed the games and the sunshine!

Former Sounders FC players, Sanna Nyassi and Tyrone Marshall, trained at Starfire today with their new team, the Colorado Rapids. We caught up with them to see what it feels like to return home and how they are adjusting to their move.
The Rapids are facing the Seattle Sounders FC in the annual Community Shield match at Qwest Field at 7 p.m.
The West Coast rivals– Sounders FC, Portland Timbers and Vancouver Whitecaps –faced off tin the three-day Cascadia Summit. The teams fought hard, while their dedicated supporters cheered them on. With the final results now in, you be the judge of who reigns supreme in the west.

January 25, 2011 – The Sounders FC held their first official training at Starfire Sports today. With the rookies and invitees taking the field, there were a lot of new faces to see.
