The Sounders FC walked away with yet another win in tonight’s US Open Cup Semifinals
match against FC Dallas. A fantastic left-footed goal by Fredy Montero in the 40th minute was the first and only goal of the match. A few scares came from FC Dallas late in the game, but the Sounders were able to maintain their lead and clinch the win.
Next up, the Sounders will face the Chicago Fire as they vie for their third straight US Open Cup trophy.
