Is your child ready to join a team but you don’t know where to start? Join us on Saturday mornings this fall for our 4v4 Mini League for kids ages 4-9 years old. This league provides a great introduction to game play by placing registered participants in teams after the first week and then having scheduled game times each week. Registration opens in late July.
Fall-1 2025 Session Details
The 6-week session begins September 13th, and will take place on the Starfire Indoor Field #1 with days and times as follows. A second 6-week season will begin on October 25th:
4/5 year olds – Saturdays – Game times between 9am and 10:20am; First week orientation and practice at 9am
6/7 year olds – Saturdays – Game times between 9:40am and 11:00am; First week orientation and practice at 10am
8/9 year olds – Saturdays – Game times between 11:00am and 12:30pm; First week orientation and practice at 11am
Structure
Starfire staff members will facilitate the program, but teams can coached by parent volunteers. Parents who volunteer to coach will receive a complimentary Starfire membership for their child for the season. Staff can assist any parent volunteers with questions. Week 1: Orientation with basic skills training and team assignments. 5-8 players will be assigned per team, depending on player registration.
Weeks 2-6: Scheduled league games. Games will be played on Indoor Field 1. 4/5 year olds will play 12 minute halves; 6 and older will play 15 minute halves.
Cost
$97.50 per participant (includes team jersey); Starfire membership required. Parent volunteer coaches are welcome and will receive a complimentary Starfire membership for their child for the season. If you would like to volunteer, please email academy@starfiresports.com. $15 discount for those that sign up for this program and an accompanying Starfire soccer class.

Equipment Needed
Uniform shirts are included in the program cost and are passed out on the 2nd week before games. Starfire will provide all balls and goals. Players do not need to wear cleats, but shin guards are required.
