MVP College Soccer Performance Training Course Begins

Prepare for the college season! Learn to train at a high level! Build confidence! Learn more about MVP Performance’s 6-week College Soccer Performance Training Program.

 

Who: Men and women incoming college freshmen to returning seniors

What: Strength, explosiveness, reactiveness, speed, agility, quickness, anaerobic/aerobic performance

*Field conditioning includes work on and off the ball*

When: M/W/F, Men: 11am-1pm, Women: 2-4pm

*First week: Tuesday 20th – Friday 23rd, Full day trainings 8am-4pm: 2 sessions/day (morning and afternoon), breakfast and lunch, coaches presentations, and individual meetings*

Where: MVP Sports Performance Center at Starfire

Cost: $449 — Limited Space Available!
