The best way to view field and room availability and book your party is through our DASH platform’s Rentals tab. You can search availability between 14 and 90 days from today. Any search within 14 days or longer than 90 days out will not produce results.

When searching, any Indoor Field 1 availability in DASH is for a birthday party booking. If the field isn’t showing as open on the day(s) you search, then it isn’t available for a birthday party.

During the summer, weekend availability is very limited due to large tournaments that occupy all fields and rooms.

This will depend on field and room availability around your party time. We are willing to work with you for the best experience possible, but it primarily depends on other rentals during that day.

Yes, guests need to register by signing our waiver. If they already have an account with Starfire through Dash Platform with a current waiver, no action is needed. We strongly advise guests to sign in to DASH to make sure their waiver is current. If they log in without being prompted to sign a new waiver, their waiver is current and no further action is needed.

Alternatively, guests can also sign a quick online waiver without creating a DASH account through this page.

Unfortunately, Starfire does not provide equipment on the field. There are two soccer goals and two bench areas for each indoor field, and guests are welcome to bring their own equipment for on-field activities including, but not limited to, soccer balls.

Yes! We set up the room with the number of tables and chairs for the amount you are expecting and you are more than welcome to bring in tablecloths and other decorations as you like. We allow banners and posters as long as they are attached to the walls using a nondamaging painters tape. Pushpins, staples, and duct tape etc. are not permitted.

We guarantee you can get into the room to start setting up 15 min prior to the start of the room reservation itself. If you have field time before the room starts, you may not be able to get into the room when you first arrive. We can discuss specifics once the date and time of your party are known.

Unfortunately, Starfire does not have party decorations or supplies available. You will need to bring in decorations, candles, lighter, knife for cutting cake and all paper product materials needed for the food and beverage options you will have.

Paid parking is enforced on most weekends. A standard party package includes parking for up to 20 guests. If your party is on a weekday, please check with us if paid parking is in effect on that day.

Yes! This is covered in your party package fee for up to 20 guests. Should you need more parking, you can pay for that in advance as well ($7/day per vehicle).

Yes! Starfire Sports has two on-site restaurants available for catering–Cafe Siena and Watershed FC. Cafe Siena offers coffee-shop favorites and select sandwiches, while Watershed FC has a wide selection of delicious fare including pizza, pie-fold sandwiches, salads, and more.

No outside pizza or alcohol can be brought in, you would need to work with Watershed FC to have any pizza and alcoholic beverages in the party room. Otherwise, no limitations on food or beverages! Common items brought in are sub sandwiches and potluck style buffets. There are many outlets throughout the room if you would like to plug in a crockpot to keep items warm.
