- Registration deadline one week prior to start date or until division fills
- Start times can range from 4:15-10:30 pm on weekdays and 7:00 am to 11:00 pm on weekends
- Holiday or World Cup themed team names and uniforms are highly encouraged!
- No Starfire Membership required
- Maximum roster of 18 per team. Recommended roster size 12 to 15. All players must be added to your roster through Dash Platform. Get instructions.
- U11 and younger – 7v7 (6 field player & 1 goalkeeper); U12 and older – 6v6 (5 field players & 1 goalkeeper)
- No outdoor cleats permitted on indoor fields. Indoor turf shoes and sneakers are acceptable.
- Schedule posted 6 days prior to each specific date of play
- For COED high school, a team shall consist of no more than 3 males at a time. The typical team consists of 3 females and 3 males. A team must have a minimum of 1 female on the field to start a match.

Available Divisions
Age groups and their dates will be determined closer to registration opening (March 15). Age groups are expected to be based on the 2026/2027 calendar year age chart.
