Information Collected by Starfire Sports
There may be times (such as registering for a program or prize drawing, contacting us with a question or concern, or participating in other activities associated with Starfire) in which we may collect personal information such as:

- Your personal preferences
- For showcase tournaments we may gather an adolescent's GPA or SAT score
In general, you can visit our web site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself.
How Starfire Sports Uses Information Collected
Starfire Sports does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Starfire Sports will use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming your registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, and providing you with information from and about Starfire Sports.
During unique events, Starfire Sports will share information that has been collected, such as adolescents contact information, GPA or SAT score, with a certified College or University, for purposes of ascertaining student eligibility.
We may contract with companies or persons to provide certain services including credit card processing, data management, online registration, etc. We provide our service providers with the information needed for them to perform these services.
Although unlikely, in certain instances we may disclose your personally identifiable information when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities who may be causing injury to you, to Starfire Sports or to others. We may also disclose your personally identifiable information when we believe the law requires it.
Editing, Updating, and Deleting Your Personal Information
Starfire Sports uses opt-in and opt-out options for our customers. Upon receiving your information, we may send you marketing communications that contain promotions, program updates, notifications and other content. You always have the ability to opt-in or opt-out of receiving future marketing communications from Starfire Sports.
Upon registering, you will be provided with the following opt-out options:
- Do not send me the Starfire newsletter and other program-related information
- Do not send me information from Manchester United Soccer Schools about their goods, services, opportunities, or events

To opt-out of receiving marketing communications from Starfire Sports simply click on any of the items during registration; To opt-in simply leave it blank. If at a later time you would like to opt-out and need assistance, please do one of the following:

If you send an e-mail or letter request, please include your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address and indicate specifically what type of marketing communication(s) (e-mail, direct mail and/or phone) you wish to receive or stop receiving. This will ensure we identify you correctly in our systems and accurately process your request.
Starfire Sports will take appropriate steps to implement your request to opt-out of or opt-in to receiving marketing communications. Please note that due to production, mailing and system timelines, in order to remove you from our marketing lists, it may take up to:
- 10 business days for e-mails
- 30 days for phone calls
- 6 weeks for direct mail
Until that change takes effect, you may still receive marketing communications from us.
Also, please note that even though you may have opted out of receiving marketing communications, you may still receive business-related communications such as order confirmations, product recall information, or other organization-related communications.

Security
At Starfire Sports, we have security measures in place and take reasonable precautions to protect against the loss, misuse and unauthorized access of your personal information under our control. Starfire Sports cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us by e-mail, and you do so at your own risk.
To secure the personal information you share with us, we use sophisticated encryption and authentication tools. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our web site, and you do so at your own risk. When you create an online account to register with Starfire, you need to select a personal password. To maximize your level of protection, you should choose at least 6-30 characters including a combination of both letters and numbers. Starfire Sports takes special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Our website is a general audience site.
