As part of the 2012 Spring Classic Starfire Sports will be hosting the 2012 Volkswagen Junior Masters regional tournament for Boys U-12 teams.

The Spring Classic is a great start to tournament season for premier and select boys and girls teams U-10 to U-10, and much more for the Boys U-12 division. The top Boys U-12 team will advance to the 2012 Volkswagen Junior Masters National Championship held simultaneously with the MLS AT&T All-Star game in Philadelphia on July 25th.

All Nations Cup

With the 2012 tournament, All Nations Cup will celebrate its 10th anniversary.

The event celebrates the global Seattle community through a soccer tournament played by over 40 local teams representing their homelands. The tournament is surrounded by an international festival unlike any other in the northwest with food, music, dance and entertainment from around the world. The project strengthens community leadership, fosters cultural expression, and creates connection between communities.

The event spans numerous weekends for Opening Ceremonies, group play, followed by chamipionship games, so there is something exciting and great teams each day the event is here.

Sounders Summer Camp

Half Day – $150

9am-12pm Monday-Friday
Sounders FC Half Day Program is designed for the recreational to intermediate player ages 4-15. Coaches will place an emphasis on applying technical and tactical skills as it relates to the skill of the day! Take your game to the next level while having fun and learning new skills!

Full Day – $220

9am-3pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-12pm Friday
Sounders FC Full Day Program is designed for the recreational to intermediate player ages 7-15. In addition to the half day curriculum Full Day Campers will apply their skills into larger sided games & scrimmages as it relates to the skill of the day! Campers will have additional time with coaches and fellow campers to work on new skills and tricks!

WSASA Region IV National Cup Championship

WA State Adult Soccer Association is hosting the Region IV National Cups. Come watch some fantastic soccer and cheer for our local teams that have entered. Winners will advance to the National Cup Finals in Chicago in July.

Rain City Friendly Tournament

The Rain City Friendly Tournament is a jamboree-style competition featuring mainly LGBT soccer players from Seattle, Portland, Vancouver BC, San Francisco, and recently, New York City and Washington DC! Players are placed randomly on teams so players from different cities are able to meet other LGBT soccer players from across North America.

The event will have a kickoff party on Fri night, a Farewell brunch on Sun morning, and many other activities around the soccer tournament. Find out more information or register on the Rain City Soccer website.

PSPL Coaching Summit

NSCAA Hall of Famer Tony DiCicco is headlining three days of field sessions, workshops and panel discussions that aim to inform, teach and celebrate youth soccer coaching in the Northwest.

Other national names: Jeff Tipping, Walid Khoury, Tony Waiters, Lesle Gallimore, Peter Fewing.

The Summit will be open to all coaches who want to take their game – the art and craft of youth coaching – to the next level. The theme of the three days will focus on “how coaches can raise their game to help American youth players get better.”
